WHAT DO I GET IN A SHAVE ESSENTIALS SUBSCRIPTION?

The great thing about Shave Essentials is that you can customize your subscription package to tailor to your needs. Perhaps you only need replacement blades and shaving cream each month — that’s what you get! And if you’d like a few of everything each month — or you just need a one time order —that’s okay too.

WHEN I AM GOING TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

We know how important it is to have your shaving equipment when you need it. That’s why we work hard to streamline our shipping process, so you can have what you need  when you need it. Expect to have your order within one to two weeks following your order date. 

To break down our shipping process, all of our Shave Essentials items are subject to a handling period that lasts, on average, two to four days following our customer’s payment. Once we ship your Shave Essentials items, we’ll send you an email, notifying of your package’s departure. From there, the shipping usually takes between a week and a week and a half. However, please note that international deliveries will most likely take longer than domestic orders. 

If you’re awaiting a giveaway or specialty product, anticipate a two week delivery time, at minimum.                                                                                                                                                                                                                               

AM I GOING TO RECEIVE THE ORDER IN TIME?

If you need shaving equipment for a specific day or are ordering as a gift, we recommend ordering your items within two to four weeks of the date you need the items. This allows a buffer for any shipping difficulties that may arise, especially during the holiday seasons. 

CAN I CHANGE THE COLOR OF THE ORDERED ITEM?

After you’ve placed your order and before your item(s) have shipped, simply contact us, include your order number, and request for the color you’d like. We will work with you to create your perfect Shave Essentials collection. We recommend submitting your request directly after ordering to ensure your request gets filled.

CAN I REMOVE AN ITEM FROM MY ORDER?

Absolutely. We’re committed to your satisfaction, and we will always allow you to remove an item. 

To remove an item from your order and receive a refund before shipping, contact us and let us know the order number and the item you’d like to remove.

If the item has already shipped, wait for the package to be delivered. Once it arrives, please ship it back to us unopened and request your refund. If you have further questions about your situation, contact us now

ARE THE ITEMS SHIPPED TOGETHER?

Most often, yes. However there are times where shipping certain items separately for logistical reasons. Occasionally, you may receive orders in separate packaging, even if you’ve requested consolidated packaging. Please keep this in mind when receiving orders, and we apologize for the inconvenience. 

WHERE CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an order tracking number but you can always contact us for help.

CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?

You can change your shipping address if you contact us and give us the new shipping address before your order has shipped. 

MY ITEM BROKE; CAN I GET A NEW ONE?

Our Shave Essentials products are extremely durable, so it’s likely that you won’t have to deal with this issue. However, in any instance of a broken Shave Essentials product, the best course of action is to contact us, explaining your situation.

We’ll let you know if we’ll administer a partial refund for the broken item, or if you should send it back for a replacement. 

CAN I BE REFUNDED?

If there are any issues with, or questions about, your Shave Essentials order, please contact us and explain your scenario. We will happily give you a partial or full refund depending on your circumstances.
